Celtic Cross
The Celtic Cross that proudly stands on the banks of the St. Francis River in Richmond's Remembrance Park was erected in 2002. Two bronze plaques mounted on the base of the monument displayed over 200 names of families and supporters of the 125th anniversary project, The Celtic Cross monument. During the summer of 2017 the plaques vanished. Since 2019 efforts have been made to replace the plaques, Thank you to Laurent Frey of Evoe an expert in visual communication and marketing and Usinatech Inc.an industry in precision machining located here in Melbourne, we have two new beautiful plaques. The next phase will be to fasten the plaques to the base so that they will be there forever.
