Rain or shine the St. Patrick’s Day Parade starts at 2:00 PM from the corner of Craig and 7th Ave. going down rue Craig, Principale Nord, Fair, Gouin up to rue Adam. There will be bands, horsemen, floats, groups, and individuals making a fun-filled event. All are welcome to be part of the parade. Information, contact Julie: (819)826-2535. **Important notice** Anyone who participates in the parade with one or more horses must have equestrian accident and civil liability insurance. A proof/certificate of insurance issued in the name of Richmond St-Patrick Parade will be requested when registering or for members of Cheval Québec the membership card must be shown.
