entertainment. There will be something for everyone!
2:00 - 4 p.m. Watch maple sugar makers Patrick Redburn and Valerie Fowler make sugar on snow – and enjoy a taste
of spring!
2:00 - 4 p.m. Chef Tammi McGee will demonstrate how to make potato pancakes and how to cook them over an open
fire – and offer samples for taste testing.
